A new estate agency that covers the Mansfield and Ashfield areas has now launched its Find A Tenant service.

Open House Mansfield, which was recently set up by friends Craig Parrott and Simon Norton-Lane, is aimed at people wanting a local estate agent that can offer internet prices and excellent customer service.

The pair have now launched their Find A Tenant service, which includes a free rent assessment, adverts on the leading property websites Zoopla & Rightmove, accompanied viewings, tenant referencing and free contract drafting.

Craig said: “We’re a new business and we are rolling out new services. The Find A Tenant facility is the next logical move for us, and is ideal for landlords who need to get someone into their property.

“We’ve found that quite a few people are accidental landlords, whereby they perhaps don’t plan to be a landlord, but family circumstances mean they have a house that needs a tenant.

“Busy people often don’t have time to find a tenant, but they need the rental income coming in. That’s where we come in and help them to find a suitable tenant.”
